My career started behind the line, mastering the craft and falling in love with the immediate confidence boost a great style can give. But as my passion grew, so did my vision. With 12 years of experience, and multiple management roles, I knew I was ready for something bigger. I wanted to create a space that felt less like a standard appointment and more like a welcoming retreat. That vision came to life when I opened a salon suite, Luxe Beauty Salon. It was the perfect space to build and grow as a new business owner. After a year I had completely outgrown my 180 square foot salon and knew I wanted to grow something bigger, and hire a team of stylists and beauty professionals. Transitioning from a stylist to a salon owner has been the most rewarding challenge of my career. Building this space from the ground up allowed me to curate every detail—from a warm, relaxing aesthetic filled with natural greenery to a team of incredibly talented, passionate stylists. Today, growing this salon and mentoring the next generation of talent is just as fulfilling as the transformations I get to create for my clients every single day.
